All vacation packages, flights, hotel reservations, tours, and related travel services booked through TraveLowPay.com are subject to the return and cancellation policies of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other service providers involved in your reservation. These policies vary by provider and are not controlled by TraveLowPay.com.

It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and refund terms of the travel suppliers associated with your booking.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at getinfo@travelowpay.com.

If your travel supplier permits cancellations, we will work with them on your behalf to process your request, but we cannot guarantee any refunds or credits.

Changes or modifications to existing bookings may incur additional fees and are also subject to supplier approval.

3. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

All bookings made through TraveLowPay.com include a non-refundable service fee that covers administrative and processing costs. This fee applies even if your reservation is canceled, modified, or refunded in part by the travel supplier.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are determined by:

The terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or travel provider

The timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in or departure date

Whether the booking was labeled as "non-refundable" or “non-cancellable” at the time of purchase

TraveLowPay.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from denied refund requests or policy enforcement by third-party travel providers.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled reservation (a “no-show”) will typically result in no refund and may be treated as a full forfeiture of all travel funds.

6. Force Majeure

In the case of travel interruptions due to natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, government restrictions, or other “force majeure” events, refund and rescheduling policies are determined solely by the travel supplier involved. TraveLowPay.com is not liable for trip interruptions beyond our control.
